Tank Al-zarrar introduction:-
The tank Al-zarrar is a dubbed version of the Chinese 🇨🇳 tank type - 59. after dubbing by the Pakistan🇵🇰 Army give the name to this tank is Al-zarrar. The name of this tank is based on a Muslim warrior namely Zarrar bin Al-azwar or dhiraar ibn Al-zarrar. This tank is third generation main battle tank of the Pakistan Army.

Tank Al-zarrar background / history:-
The Pakistan Army was wanted to made own and new version main battle tank that's why the Pakistan Army decided to re-built the type-59 tank with some modifications like more fore power, more mobility speed and more protected armour. The Pakistan Army was started to re-built and re-design it in 1990 and finally the dubbed version of type-5 tank had been completed in 1997 and the name Al-zarrar is given by Pakistan Army.
